Shipping & Delivery

At Ds Worn, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Almost all our shipments are handled by DHL, although this can vary.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Rates & Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Courier

Your order will be shipped with DHL. In some cases, a local courier may handle the final delivery once your package arrives in your country. You can always track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for extra import/VAT costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance. The shipping carrier will usually contact you once your package reaches customs. This is not our responsibility.

Important

Read before you buy.

• Worn (secondhand) items cannot be returned. New (deadstock) items can be returned (T&C -Article 6).
• Always double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact us and we'll see what we can do. But this is the customer's responsibilty.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, delays, holidays or other (busy) peak periods.
